From design to fabrication, one offs to multiple batches, we can manufacture a diverse range of bespoke products, using mild steel, stainless or aluminium.

Acoustic Enclosures

Designed and built in house to exacting standards and your specific requirements, our standard build acoustic enclosures reduce source noise level by more than 50dbA

Pipework

Complete pipework service from fabrication to commissioning.

Control Systems

Whether a complete replacement generator control system, or simple motor controls, our panels are designed and built in house, before being installed and tested in the workshop before despatch.

Since 1997 First Energy has worked with many companies, in many sectors and countries delivering a truly tailored approach. Whilst specialists in power generation and acoustic enclosures, First Energy offer the full package from design, through to build and installation.

Our multidisciplinary and dedicated team is based at our workshop in Herefordshire and is led by company Directors Peter Rutherford and Leon Crockett, who alone have over 60 years experience to draw from.

The team consist of experienced welders, sheet metal workers, pipe fitters, gas engineers, electricians, CAD designers and project managers. We are committed to continuing professional development within the team and are proud that we offer apprenticeship opportunities. Find out more on our news page.
